We’re a machined parts supplier that uses superb horizontal boring capabilities and allows us to work with various materials – from standard metals to plastics. The common work envelope and capacity of our boring machines are 120″ x 152″ x 70″ and 5-axis, allowing us to achieve even the most complex parts while ensuring the result is perfect.

We have 3- and 4-axis equipment considered one of the largest in any company. Our CNC machining service pushes the material to its limit regarding size, shape, and complexity. Furthermore, we have an extensive range of horizontal, vertical, and CNC lathes that allows us to turn parts up to 152″ in diameter and 240″ in length with tight ± .001″ tolerances.

Technox Machine has the equipment and tools to produce accurate flat surfaces and cutting slots. We also offer exceptional CNC vertical milling services, which are cheaper than horizontal CNC milling operations or techniques. Overall, these manufacturing processes are ideal for short runs and small parts.

Apart from our fabrication services, we also have experience in assembly work. We can also repair several components, such as bushes, bearings, and more. Our team of expert welders employs MIG and TIG welding operations. In addition, we have 100-400 ton hydraulic presses. These are capable of fast, accurate, and repeatable raw or worked materials straightening.
